At Heritage, we affirm that while gaining ministry skills, competencies and knowledge is useful for your equipping, it is not a substitute for your ongoing personal growth in your relationship with God. Individuals, as well as a community of believers are important in this ongoing and intentional development of Christian character and godliness. The Bible speaks of: caring for each other, seeking the good of the other person before our own, giving up our rights, serving each other and growing together in Christ. This certainly isn't always easy. Heritage is committed to creating an atmosphere where such learning can take place. Learning here isn't just academic. It also happens in our spiritual, social and emotional lives.
